Terms & Conditions

Payment terms, pay is due at the time of service. customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, collection cost, and court fee associated with collection of unpaid invoices.

Returned checks, return checks will be subject to a collection fee of 35.00. Additionally, pursuant to state law, if dishonored check has not been paid within 30 days after notice, additional damages may be charged.

Deposits, for materials over 250.00, a 50% deposit is required when parts are ordered. All installs and special orders require 50% down.

Restocking fee, in the event the customer cancels or returns any parts order/material, a restocking fee of 15% shall be charged, plus any shipping and credit card processing fees incurred. special may be charged full price.

Warranty, parts purchased and installed by LT Heating and Air Conditioning may carry a manufacture warranty, customer understands that the manufacture is responsible for honoring any such warranty. We shall separately give a labor guarantee so that we will not charge for labor on a 2nd return trip if any equipment installed by us malfunctions within 30 days of install.

 Estimates, customer understands that estimates do not include any additional repairs or parts not listed in the estimate.

Water damage, we are not responsible for any water flow, flooding or any other water damage do to over flow or any other obstructions in any drain, plumbing or any drainage system. customer understands that if equipment requires the use of water (either recirculated or otherwise) water may be contaminated or cause corrosion and that water leakage may cause water to damage equipment or surroundings.

Refrigerant leaks, in the case of refrigerant repairs our labor warranty  only covers the specific leak location repaired. Unfortunately, at times their may be more than one leak in a system. we may only complete an effective repair on a single leak. We will provide a no cost diagnoses and leak search if you call us within 90 days of our initial service for a second suspected/additional leak.

Warranty, except as expressly identified in paragraphs' above, LT Heating and Air Conditioning makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the condition of the equipment, its merchantability or its fitness for any particular purpose. Customer further understands and agrees that their are no warranties or promises made by us outside of this document.

Electric/Gas bill, You are solely responsible for your electric and gas bills. 

Maximum Liability, we are not responsible for any loss or damage, except as may be caused by our gross negligence . You understand that, except for instances of gross negligence , our maximum liability will be limited to a refund of any paid annual maintenance fee or total cost of labor charged by us. whichever is greater.

Disputes, you agree to notify us promptly of any bill or invoice of any discrepancy. signing the  invoice and showing receipt of work shall be evidence that work was performed  completed, and received and that you have reviewed the invoice and agreed to pay the same.
